Authors Examine the Challenges Businesses Face in Rapidly Processing Increasing Amounts of Data and Identify Key Factors for Gleaning Useful Insights that Positively Impact the Bottom Line

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Sept. 12 – CSC’s Leading Edge Forum (NYSE: CSC) today released a report that explores the emerging interest of commercial and government organizations in “big data.” After studying the organizations and technologies leading this trend, the authors concluded that an organization’s internal data, while an asset, is not enough to fully unlock its massive potential unless combined with external data.

Titled “Data rEvolution,” the report analyzes business-related information consumption today and describes it as equal parts revolutionary and evolutionary. Data is revolutionary for its volume, variety, velocity and potential value. It is generated by numerous sources, both people and machines, adding more complexity and more opportunities to generate insights. New technologies – compute and storage platforms, applications, architectures and communications networks – are also coming to the forefront to interpret data, and therein lies the evolutionary advancement of tying it all together cohesively.

“Great discoveries come from having a broad spectrum of knowledge and the impending ‘Data rEvolution’ promises to open up a world of new insights, products, services, partnerships and roles,” said Paul Gustafson, the report’s lead author and director of CSC’s Leading Edge Forum, Technology Programs. “With data now a key factor in production, its growth and leveragability will be a basis for business innovation for years to come. The data-centered economy is advancing and organizations have to prepare.”

To view a perspective from Gustafson about the key findings and other CSC videos on the topic of big data, visit www.csc.com/bigdatavideo.

The report identifies key factors for leveraging big data:

1.	Data on Its Own Has Limits – An organization’s data is a valuable asset, but by itself it often has limits. Isolated, proprietary data paints a narrow picture. Answers are incomplete because the data is incomplete.

2.	Data Wants to Be Shared – Sharing has become a first principle, not an afterthought, that gives purpose to data and ties it all together.

3.	No One Person Owns the Data – New data connections are forging connections among organizations that need to collaborate on the data. This means no single organization owns all the data – and thus “As a Service” offerings make sense.

4.	Technology Answers the Call – “As a Service” offerings are just one manifestation of how technology is answering the call for big data processing and sharing. These new approaches, coupled with non-relational and parallel relational databases, and overlaid on a cloud infrastructure, represent the changing data foundation.

5.	Connecting the Dots Is the New Alchemy – Value lies in completing the data context using new tools and methods to establish relationships and meaning, yielding fresh insights. This connectedness is fueling a new kind of discovery that blends social network and other non-transactional data with traditional transactional data.

6.	Analyzing, Predicting and Visualizing – With so much data coming in, organizations are challenged to analyze and navigate it in new ways. Increasingly, organizations have better information and tools for looking ahead and are using these capabilities to understand, anticipate and plan – bringing in the era of the “Predictive Enterprise.”

The study analyzes each of these principles using examples and research from large-scale global enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses and government agencies.

As part of CSC’s Office of Innovation, the LEF provides clients with access to a powerful knowledge base and global network of innovative thought leaders who engage technology and business executives on the current and future role of IT.

Quest Introduces New Edition of Toad for Data Analysts that Brings Powerful Data Analytics to the Desktop

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Sept. 20, 2011 – Quest Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: QSFT)

The ability to simulate trends and identify probable business forecasts based on corporate data, using data analytics, is extremely valuable. However, the technology behind this capability is often far too expensive for most organizations and, what’s more, can be very time-consuming for the data analyst tasked with reporting. Today’s analysts need a simplified and cost-effective way to perform fast advanced analytics right on the desktop. Quest Software, the leading provider of database tools that simplify and improve the productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of production for database professionals of all skill and experience levels, has partnered with in-database analytics software vendor Fuzzy Logix to incorporate a rich, analytics library into a new Professional with Analytics Edition of Quest® Toad® for Data Analysts. The new edition delivers a powerful desktop analytics solution for predictive modeling and data mining, and also adds advanced heterogeneous queries, data cleansing, local storage, and visualization enhancements.

News Facts:

Toad for Data Analysts Professional with Analytics Edition provides a repository of sophisticated functions for rich data analytics used at the desktop to accelerate predictive modeling and data mining. With core functions for pattern discovery, clustering and regression powered by Fuzzy Logix, analysts can improve their analytic time to value at a fraction of the cost of server-based in-database analytics solutions. These added capabilities in Toad for Data Analysts put an extremely practical, simplified solution for complex analytics into the hands of more users.

The new release of Toad for Data Analysts also includes enhancements that ease difficulties associated with general data querying and reporting by automating manual, time-intensive tasks. Gathering data from various sources for reporting can be complex and time-consuming, and typically requires the use of multiple tools. Once analysts find the data they need, it can be difficult to view and understand, let alone compare and synchronize. Toad for Data Analysts also offers advanced heterogeneous queries and data cleansing and transformation utilities that simplify complex data manipulation tasks, as well as data visualization functionality that allows users to easily profile, view and understand their data sets.

Toad for Data Analysts 3.0 is now available with North American pricing beginning at $495 for the base edition, or $1,990 for the Professional with Analytics Edition. For more information, visit www.quest.com/toad-for-data-analysts/.

Quest also recently released the beta for Quest Business intelligence Studio, a self-service data discovery and visualization tool for business users who are not as SQL-savvy.

IBM Helps Business Partners Reach New Markets With Netezza Appliances

Armonk, NY — 23 August 2011 — Capitalizing on the successful integration of its Netezza acquisition, IBM (NYSE: IBM) has launched a global initiative to help its Business Partners expand their analytics portfolio with IBM Netezza appliances. The initiative includes sales, marketing, and technical resources to make it easier for partners to market and sell Netezza into industries with strong demand for business analytics such as financial services, healthcare, and energy and utilities.

Netezza appliances are an attractive entry point into business analytics for IBM partners. Unlike competing appliances, Netezza can be up and running in 24 hours and analyze petabytes of data significantly faster at a lower cost per terabyte. The simplicity and ease-of-use of Netezza allows partners to quickly place analytics directly into the hands of business users within every department of a client’s organization including sales, marketing, product development and human resources.

With today’s news, IBM partners can help credit-qualified clients finance Netezza appliances through IBM Global Financing with fast approvals on zero percent financing for 12 months. Clients can also take advantage of flexible payment options and terms including competitive 24 and 36-month rates with options that let them match payments to anticipated cash flow.

Credit-qualified IBM partners in North America can take advantage of a new 24-month lease to place Netezza inside their data centers for demonstration, development, testing and training purposes.*

“Netezza appliances provide IBM resellers, systems integrators and independent software vendors with a unique opportunity to grow their business,” said Arvind Krishna, general manager, IBM Information Management. “Business analytics is going mainstream and IBM’s goal is to arm its partners with the right skills and support to help our clients take advantage of this trend. These resources are geared to make it easy for our partners to quickly infuse Netezza into their business model.”

Netezza Resources for Partners

Global Skills Bootcamps: IBM partners have access to more than a dozen no-charge skills bootcamps to gain hands-on training on how to set up, manage and maintain Netezza appliances. These four day bootcamps cover both technical and business best practices and participants can earn mastery certification upon completion of the course. Bootcamps are scheduled at client sites and IBM locations in key markets including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Argentina, Columbia, Belgium and Poland. Additional markets will be scheduled throughout the year.

Proofs of Concepts: IBM partners can bring clients into any of IBM’s global network of 40 Innovation Centers to test Netezza appliances. Partners can also build and optimize a new generation of business analytics applications to run on top of Netezza appliances.

Software Value Plus (SVP): On October 1, qualified IBM partners can become authorized to resell Netezza appliances under the Software Value Plus program. SVP is IBM’s authorized distribution model which offers partners the potential to maximize profits by reselling Netezza and other IBM products based on client needs and a partner’s investment in skills. Authorization will help ensure that clients get the right technology, reduce the risk inherent in any deployment and increase return on investment. Benefits to partners can include incremental co-marketing funds to drive new leads, the use of a mark to distinguish partners from their competitors, joint go to market planning, and financial incentives rewarding industry solution sales.

Software Value Incentive (SVI): On October 1, qualified IBM partners can earn fee based incentives for identifying new sales leads and actively engaging in Netezza sales. SVI rewards partners for their contribution throughout the sales process with a focus on mid-market opportunities.

IBM partner Fuzzy Logix is a predictive analytics software and services company that enables clients to embed analytics directly in their business processes, enterprise applications, mobile devices and Web services using in-database analytics that run inside the data warehouse. “Fuzzy Logix will use these resources from IBM to uncover global business opportunities and deliver higher value services to our clients,” said Mike Upchurch, COO at Fuzzy Logix. “Our company has a long history of working with Netezza and our joint technologies are proven to help businesses quickly realize the benefits of analytics.”

Netezza appliances are workload optimized systems based on IBM BladeCenter Technology. A workload optimized system is integrated hardware and software designed for industry-specific needs. Just as Netezza defined the data warehouse appliance market, IBM defined workload optimization with decades of experience building vertically integrated systems.

IBM partner Aginity specializes in reselling large databases and high-performance analytics to help clients turn their data into intelligent, profitable and actionable insight. “Aginity relies on IBM Netezza technology to help our clients bring big data and analytics together to create actionable and operational customer intelligence, especially in the retail and media industries,” said Ted Westerheide, Chief Architect at Aginity. “We welcome IBM’s extensive business analytics portfolio as we add depth to our offerings and expand into new markets.”

On September 15, IBM will host a worldwide Webcast that details how IBM Business Partners can take advantage of these resources to market and sell Netezza appliances. For more information on this and additional Netezza Webcasts for partners, visit:

London, UK April 11, 2011 – Fuzzy Logix, LLC, a leading provider of advanced analytical solutions, today unveiled its state of art analytical appliance, the Tanay ZXnW Series. This appliance is built with multiple NVIDIA Tesla C2070 GPUs and is pre-loaded with a quantitative library which includes Mathematical and Statistical functions, Monte Carlo simulations, data mining methods and financial functions. The entire library has been parallelized to take full advantage of the processing power of the Tesla C2070 cards.

At present there are two configurations for Tanay ZXnW Series – the ZX2W11 model includes two Tesla cards whereas the ZX4W11 includes 4 Tesla cards with additional memory and disk space. Both these models are available with Windows as well as the Linux operating system.

NVIDIA Tesla GPUs, based on the CUDA parallel processing architecture, have revolutionized the world of high performance computing. Using Tesla GPUs, people can now achieve computational speed that was unthinkable a few years ago. Some examples of the types of models that leverage the massive parallelism available include running a very large number of Monte Carlo simulations, Principal Component Analysis of large matrices and the calculation of Variance Inflation Factors for a large number of variables. These computations are required in many industries. For example, financial services companies can use the Tanay to perform the intra-day risk analysis of large investment portfolios, derivatives pricing, portfolio optimization and high-frequency trading. Other examples include researchers who can accelerate gene sequencing and oil and gas companies who can quickly model exploration and geophysical data.

Combining the computational power of GPUs with a built-in library of models, the Tanay ZXnW Series, will allow users to immediately solve their complex analytical problems at breathtaking speed.

According to Partha Sen, CEO of Fuzzy Logix, “The driving force behind the introduction of Tanay ZXnW Series is to provide a platform where people can instantly take advantage of algorithms accelerated on the GPU.

The Integration of the ParAccel Analytic Database (PADB) and DB Lytix from Fuzzy Logix Provides a High Performance, Best-of-Breed Platform for Predictive Analytics

CAMPBELL, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ParAccel, Inc., provider of the leading high-performance analytics platform, introduces additional analytic libraries that leverage PADB’s ability to execute advanced analytics directly inside the database. They were developed in close partnership with Fuzzy Logix, a leading provider of innovative analytics solutions. ParAccel’s customers can now leverage hundreds of additional off-the-shelf functions based on Fuzzy Logix’s DB Lytix™ – an in-database analytics software library. The combined best-of-breed solution boosts analytic performance, accelerates time-to-analysis, and eliminates analytic silos.

Customers can now reduce cycle times up to 70 percent by eliminating the need to copy and replicate data to specialized platforms for advanced analytics. Moving the analytics inside the database also provides more reliable and precise results based on a full available dataset rather than a limited subset. Because the additional functions can be leveraged using standard Structured Query Language (SQL) and business intelligence tools, companies can easily accelerate their use of sophisticated advanced analytics across the organization.

“ParAccel’s partnership with Fuzzy Logix enables customers to derive even more value from their data using our high-performance analytic platform,” said Barry Zane, founder and CTO of ParAccel. “Our partnership ultimately provides customers with additional sophisticated analytics that they need to tackle the challenge of predictive analytics, along with our existing support for custom functions, MapReduce and integration with structured and unstructured data.”

Now organizations can choose from hundreds of additional pre-built functions in their analysis, removing the need to spend time and money to create functions such as Monte Carlo simulations or multiple regression for their analyses. Fuzzy Logix and ParAccel are also working in tandem to provide a unique library of advanced functions for Financial Services that will be released later this year.

“ParAccel’s high-performance database is an ideal platform for Fuzzy Logix’s extensive in-database analytics solutions,” said Partha Sen, CEO of Fuzzy Logix. “The combination of PADB and DB Lytix will eliminate the costly and time consuming process of moving large amounts of data for performing analytics. By running in-database analytics natively in PADB, companies can quickly and efficiently achieve performance gains that range from 10X to over 100X.”

To learn how to realize the potential of predictive analytics, please attend the “Power and Promise of Big Analytics” workshop at GigaOM’s Structure Big Data 2011 event at Pier Sixty at the Chelsea Piers in New York City on March 23, 2011. ParAccel’s Bala Narasimhan and Fuzzy Logix’s Jim Zhang will co-present at 10:30 a.m. ET.

New analytics partners including Fuzzy Logix, Cobi Systems, Ermas Consulting, and Impetus Technologies further invest in Aster Data’s unique coupling of SQL and MapReduce for advanced analytics

San Carlos, CA – June 22, 2010 – Aster Data, a proven leader dedicated to providing the best data management and data processing platform for big data analytics, today announced four new partners that are working closely with Aster Data’s data-analytics server, nCluster, to simplify development of highly-advanced and interactive analytic applications that process extremely large data volumes. Aster Data’s solution is a massively parallel database with an integrated analytic engine that leverages the MapReduce framework for large-scale data processing. By coupling the SQL language with MapReduce, Aster Data brings organizations the power of MapReduce with the familiarity of SQL. These companies, like many others, are building data-driven applications that leverage the ease and power of Aster Data’s SQL-MapReduce framework and Aster Data’s suite of over 30 business analyst-ready analytic packages and over 1000 power-user functions. The Aster Data Analytic Foundation packages and functions were announced yesterday in a separate release.

“Using SQL-MapReduce, developers can write advanced analytics with modern programming languages, such as Java or C, which are easily invoked declaratively via standard SQL,” said Rick van der Lans, Managing Director, R20/Consultancy. “Not having to deal with the ‘how’ of parallelization implies having to write less code and Aster Data’s data-analytics server both automatically and completely parallelizes query execution. This seriously improves developer productivity and makes ultra-fast advanced analytics feasible for the business analyst.”

Aster Data’s delivery of pre-built SQL-MapReduce functions through the industry’s first massively parallel processing data-analytics server has increased the velocity of advanced analytic application development for partners. These partners recognize the ease-of-use and richness of analytics on big data that can be achieved using Aster Data’s patent-pending SQL-MapReduce framework and visual development environment. Partners using SQL-MapReduce for rich analytics include:

Fuzzy Logix: “Massive parallel processing of large data volumes, where queries and workloads are automatically parallelized with the elegance and ease of SQL-MapReduce, offers our customers a new level of analytics and productivity that is simply unmatched in today’s marketplace,” said Partha Sen, CEO, Fuzzy Logix. “Given this, we are porting our in-database quantitative library DB Lytix™ to the SQL-MapReduce model and Aster Data platform. On the Aster Data platform, DB Lytix™ will include mathematical and statistical methods, data mining algorithms and Monte Carlo simulation techniques. A vast array of enterprises will be able to take advantage of this general purpose in-database analytics library on the Aster Data platform.”

Cobi Systems: “There’s no question that Aster Data’s data-analytics server and SQL-MapReduce offers a powerful, yet easy-to-use framework to build rich, high performance applications on big data sets,” said Amiya Mansingh, Founder and CEO, Cobi Systems. “We have found that analytics that previously took weeks to months of SQL coding can now be built in days with richer analytic power than what is possible with SQL alone. We are committed to adding applications to Aster Data’s Analytic Foundation to address the big data analytics needs across various industries, in particular, financial services, insurance, manufacturing and retail.”

Ermas Consulting: “Our focus with Aster Data is on bringing our expertise and solutions built in the SAS and R language to the Aster Data platform and running SAS and R applications 100% in-database using Aster Data’s strong parallelization capabilities,” said Soon Tan, CEO, Ermas Consulting. ”The power of SQL-MapReduce and Aster Data’s advanced in-database analytic engine provides a highly-compelling platform for SAS and R applications on massive data scales.”

Impetus Technologies: “Our research and consulting services team focuses on large data management, and has built considerable proven expertise in this area. Coupled with Aster Data’s analytics innovations around SQL and MapReduce, we can deliver richer data-driven applications that can be built in days using Aster Data’s unique analytics capabilities. SQL-MapReduce brings an extremely powerful approach that enables richer analytics on big data. The Aster Data partnership is an important part of our business moving forward as market demand for big data management and big data analytics accelerates,” said Pankaj Mittal, CTO, Impetus Technologies.

Charlotte, NC – June 7, 2010 –Fuzzy Logix, LLC, a leading provider of advanced analytical solutions,
announces in‐database analytics for SQL Server 2008. Fuzzy Logix has ported DB LytixTM, its rich in-database analytics library to SQL server 2008 using the Common Language Runtime (CLR) option. This library is the result of more than ten years of extensive research on advanced analytical methods, and contains functions for mathematical and statistical analysis, data mining, and Monte Carlo simulations.

According to Partha Sen, CEO of Fuzzy Logix, “The availability of in‐database analytics in SQL Server
marks the beginning of a new era – the era of the democratization of analytics. It’s our goal to make
analytics pervasive in all walks of life. We feel confident that the availability of in‐database analytics in
SQL Server will enable us to serve a large base of customers who are seeking to use easily accessible
analytics to help them gain competitive advantage.”

Eric Hanson, Principal Program Manager Lead and Data Warehouse scenario owner in the SQL Server
team at Microsoft Corporation agrees, “In‐database analytics can provide dramatic benefits for our
customers. The functions that are available in DB LytixTM will enable our customers to rapidly do
predictive analysis directly with the familiar T‐SQL language within SQL Server. This allows analytic
results to be displayed easily in any report based on SQL queries. It also eliminates the need to move
data to a separate system for analysis, avoiding the cost of moving data and of implementing redundant
security controls.”

In‐database analytics is no longer an academic topic or an esoteric idea. It has become mainstream, as
increasingly more enterprises are either using this technology, or are demonstrating the inclination to
use it for solving business problems. In traditional methods of data analysis, users are required to
transport data out of the database for processing. The conventional wisdom is to move the data to
analytics. Even though the conventional methods seem logical, the movement of data imposes severe
limitations on delivery of results. In‐database analytics relies on moving analytics to the database
wherein advanced quantitative functions are embedded inside the database as scalar functions or
aggregates. Analysts can now simply write SQL queries to perform complex analysis of data and get the
desired results with blazing speed; exploiting the inherent parallel processing capability of the SQL
Server query processor.

Steven Baldelli, CEO of Trident Marketing, avid users of in‐database analytics on SQL Server says, “Using
in‐database analytics in SQL Server allows us to quickly analyze critical patterns in web advertising and
make adjustments on the fly. This technology has enabled us to instantaneously evaluate and cluster
the performance of our diverse sales force. Overall, we have realized a significant gain in sales, while
reducing our costs per sale by more than 20%.”

Fuzzy Logix is also excited to announce its partnership with Scalability Experts, a highly‐respected
international data management consulting company, with ten years of experience in providing solutions
that leverage Microsoft technologies. “When looking for a partner for our Microsoft solutions, time‐andtime
again, Scalability Experts emerged as a company that has consistently delivered professional, highimpact
solutions,” said Partha Sen, CEO of Fuzzy Logix. “The combination of our analytic solutions with
Scalability Experts’ data management, SQL Server and BI experience greatly enhances our ability to build
and develop end‐to‐end analytic solutions for our customers.” Scalability Experts’, co‐founder and
senior vice president Robert Beatty agrees, “Because Fuzzy Logix’s library is so easy to use, we can build
solutions that range from embedding analytics into existing reports to delivering comprehensive
analytics appliances using off the shelf hardware and SQL Server. This is a great enhancement to SQL
Server because it allows anyone to leverage analytics to optimize business performance and maximize IT

In-Database, Predictive Analytic Appliance utilizing Fuzzy Logix‘s advanced analytics libraries, Actuate’s value added offerings for BIRT and mLogica’s enterprise level Business Intelligence Appliance built on the Sybase Analytics Engine, available in a Public or Private Cloud.

ORANGE, Calif., Oct 27, 2009 – mLogica, Inc, a leading Business Intelligence solutions company, specializing in Predictive Analytic Appliances, and Fuzzy Logix, a leading predictive analytics company, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and sophisticated quantitative techniques, today announced the availability of Fuzzy Logix’s advanced analytics libraries, as part of mLogica’s core Business Intelligence Appliance, powered by the high performance Sybase® Analytics Engine. The Appliance is available in various configurations, including an On Demand delivery model as a Public or Private Cloud.

mLogica’s Predictive Analytic Appliances ensure that end-users have the right tools to make the right decisions in a timely manner, with a rich, dynamic user experience based on BIRT. The Analytic Appliance On Demand model offers a delivery of services in a highly scalable and elastic fashion at lower costs, better performance and agility, turning complex business processes into simple services. This “Software as a Service” model allows customers to utilize the platform in a Public or Private cloud, and pay by utilization on a monthly basis.

Unlike traditional data mining solutions, Fuzzy Logix’s in-database functions allow companies to process large volumes of data, without sacrificing throughput and accuracy. Fuzzy Logix’s libraries include mathematical and statistical functions, Univariate and Multivariate Distributions, and data mining and pattern recognition, including but not limited to, principal component analysis, linear, non-linear and advanced regression, clustering, forecasting, and behavioral segmentation.

The new Sybase IQ 15 Toolkit ships with Eclipse BIRT as its de facto Rich Information Application development environment. With the incorporation of Actuate’s value added BIRT offering into their Analytic Appliance solutions, mLogica is able to provide scalable, turnkey analytic solutions to large commercial enterprises and public sector organizations, as well as mid-market businesses in a cost effective manner. mLogica’s clients include major organizations in the financial services, entertainment, technology, education, health care, telecommunications, manufacturing and transportation and logistics industries.

“We are excited about using mLogica’s Analytic Appliance with Actuate and BIRT to produce reports for our managers and executive leadership team. Being able to produce insightful and interactive reports about our clients and their purchasing trends is of utmost importance to us,” said John Manzanares, Vice President, IT, Daylight Transport. “In addition to the Analytic Appliance taking the reporting load off of our transactional databases, our users will receive these reports in a much timelier manner.”

“Sybase is pleased to be part of the mLogica and Fuzzy Logix Predictive Analytic Appliance. Built on high performance analytics and database engines from Sybase, including Sybase IQ, ASE and Replication Server®, the offering provides a price and performance advantage to both large and mid-sized businesses,” said Dan Lahl, Director of Analytics, Sybase, Inc. “Sybase IQ delivers unsurpassed query performance for the most complex analytics tasks within this affordable, eco-friendly and manageable environment.”

“The inclusion of Actuate’s value added offerings for BIRT within the mLogica Predictive Analytic Appliance and the option to deploy on the Cloud gives customers the flexibility of expenditure and deployment options that they demand,” said Nobby Akiha, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Actuate Corporation. “We’re pleased to be working with mLogica one of our pioneer partners on the BIRT Exchange Marketplace to bring to market even more options for customers. You can visit the Marketplace at http://www.birt-exchange.com/marketplace.”

“The Predictive Analytic Appliance offers analysts an option to perform predictive, in-database analytics and complex data mining tasks such as determining optimal pricing, segmenting customers based on their behavior, lowering customer churn, optimizing marketing performance, identifying fraud and forecasting sales and inventory movement entirely within the Appliance. We can then represent the results using the many powerful visualization features of BIRT,” said Partha Sen, CEO of Fuzzy Logix. “This approach, as compared to the more traditional approach of transporting data out of the database for processing, offers high performance and provides the ability to gain valuable insights. With mLogica’s bundled solution, performing data mining and advanced analytics have never been easier or more accessible”

“mLogica’s Business Intelligence offerings are significantly enhanced with our relationship with Fuzzy Logix, Actuate and Sybase,” said Amit Okhandiar, President and CEO, mLogica, Inc. ” Fuzzy Logix’s Quantitative Analytic features provide strategic advantages to our clients who can now perform advanced in-database and predictive analytics in the Analytic Appliance. Actuate’s formidable experience in delivering rich, dynamic Business Intelligence and reporting applications, in this case BIRT-based applications, can be adopted by many in our joint customer base, and we look forward to helping our customers achieve greater value. Sybase has provided us the industry leading, ultra-high performance analytic engine and other complementary software to make our offering a world class platform.”
